Terms & conditions
1. General
These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) govern all services provided by Bleibtreu Communications (‘Bleibtreu’) to the (‘Client’). By engaging Bleibtreu, the client agrees to abide by these Terms.
2. Scope of work
The scope of work, quotation, and proposal will be provided prior to work commencement. Any additional work, changes, or extra services requested by the Client beyond the agreed scope will be subject to additional fees and may affect the timeline.
3. Payments & fees
For the fixed-price package (Launch package), payment is required in full upfront before any work begins.
For bespoke or larger-scale projects, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted fee is required before work commences, with the remaining 50% payable upon completion and prior to delivery of final materials.
Work will only commence once the fee (or deposit) has been received in full. Payments must be made via bank transfer or card to the account specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest at 10% per month on any outstanding balance.
4. Refunds & cancellations
All upfront payments and deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your booking and time commitments of Bleibtreu services. If the Client cancels the work after it has started, they remain responsible for all work completed and any materials produced.
In the event that Bleibtreu cancels the project, any unused funds will be refunded in full.
5. Ownership of materials
All newly created materials and reports remain the property of Bleibtreu until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the Client is permitted to use the final deliverables for the specified project only. The Client may not reproduce, resell, or share the work without written consent from Bleibtreu.
6. Timeline
Timelines are provided as estimates only. Delays caused by late Client approvals, files, availability of access to content, or other factors beyond the control of Bleibtreu may result in revised delivery dates.
7. Additional suppliers
Bleibtreu may recommend third-party suppliers to assist the Client with project-related deliverables. Any work carried out by these suppliers will be in direct correspondence with the Client, on their agrees Terms and Conditions, and not in conjunction with Bleibtreu.
8. Liability
Bleibtreu will act with professional care and skill but will not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control.
9. Confidentiality
All client information, project details, content and designs will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without written consent from the Client, except as required by law or for promotional purposes with Client approval.
10. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
